Services
Electrical Inspector
I provide investor supervision of electrical installations in newly constructed or modernized facilities with applicable building regulations and current standards. I monitor high-quality execution, safety, and adherence to the design and project schedule. Acting on behalf of the investor, I oversee both the technical and formal aspects of electrical works on site.
My services are available throughout Poland, with a particular focus on the Greater Poland region and Poznań.
PV Plant and Installation Inspector
I provide supervision of both photovoltaic plant construction and installations, from the design and planning stage to oversight of the entire construction process and final commissioning. With extensive experience in large-scale and diverse PV projects, I monitor high-quality execution, safety, and compliance with technical requirements and legal regulations. I operate throughout Poland and internationally. I also offer independent consultations during the construction of photovoltaic installations and solar plant.
Electrical Site Manager
I act as Electrical Site Manager on projects of various scales – from residential construction to industrial and public utility facilities. I am responsible for organising, coordinating, and supervising the progress of works, ensuring compliance with design documentation, legal regulations, and health and safety standards. I maintain all necessary technical documentation and participate in final inspections and handover to the client.
Electrical Installation Inspections and Testing
I carry out periodic inspections and testing of electrical installations in buildings, in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. I assess technical condition, identify faults, and provide reports required for continued operation, modernization, or acceptance of the installation.
Technical Maintenance of PV Plants
I provide technical maintenance services for photovoltaic plants and installations, taking over from investors the responsibility for monitoring correct operation and supervising technical performance. I carry out periodic inspections and electrical testing to assess the current technical condition of the systems. My offer includes both periodic and single inspections, as well as ongoing cooperation in the supervision of installations.
During the warranty period, I monitor system performance, oversee contractors, and, on behalf of the investor, commission and accept all necessary repairs. I operate throughout Poland and internationally.

Role: Supervision Inspector
A 1.5 MW photovoltaic installation mounted on the roof of a production and warehouse building. Supervision of project execution, monitoring technical compliance and high-quality execution, and ensuring compliance with design documentation. Participation in periodic on-site meetings throughout the construction process.
ZUW Wschowa
Role: Supervision Inspector
Supervision of the construction of photovoltaic installations on the buildings of a Water Intake Stations. Review of design documentation and oversight of works to verify technical compliance, high-quality execution, and adherence to design documentation, standards, and technical-legal requirements. Acceptance of successive project stages and final handover. Participation in coordination meetings and representing the investor throughout the project.
Swarzędz, Greater Poland Voivodeship
Role: Electrical Site Manager
Comprehensive execution of internal and external electrical and telecommunications installations. Day-to-day organisation of works in line with the schedule and supervision of their proper execution. Monitoring implemented changes, selecting and approving materials in consultation with the investor, preparing as-built documentation, participating in coordination meetings, and attending inspections carried out by relevant authorities.
Dziedzice, West Pomeranian Voivodeship
Role: Programming and system start-up
Verification of correct inverter connections, programming, and commissioning. Configuration of Smart Logger controllers and preparation for integration with the Distribution System Operator (DSO). Participation in inspections carried out by the DSO and final system start-up.
Radwanki, Greater Poland Voivodeship
Role: Electrical Site Manager
Electrical Site Manager for DC connections and inverters. The project comprised over 20,000 panels, 47 inverters, and 5 transformer stations equipped with farm controllers. Organisation and supervision of works, participation in coordination meetings. Programming of farm controllers and preparation for integration with the Distribution System Operator (DSO). Final system start-up and participation in the DSO inspection.
Więckowice, Greater Poland Voivodeship
Role: Electrical Site Manager
Construction of a facility intended for warehouse and production purposes, with integrated office space and external grounds. Comprehensive execution of internal and external electrical installations. Ongoing supervision of works and verification of compliance with design documentation. Preparation of the project for inspections by relevant authorities and participation in final approvals.
Murowana Goślina, Greater Poland Voivodeship
Role: Electrical Site Manager
Construction of a photovoltaic farm with a total capacity of 2 MW, comprising two transformer stations and two farm controllers. Scope of supervised works included installation of DC connections, inverter start-up, programming of farm controllers, preparation for integration with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), and final system start-up.
Poznań, Greater Poland Voivodeship
Role: Electrical Site Manager
Organisation of works in line with the schedule and supervision of execution in compliance with design documentation and the investor’s quality requirements. Coordination of design changes and preparation of as-built documentation. The project scope included electrical installations in the hall, office building, and surrounding external areas, fire protection system electrical installations, and telecommunications installation.

Role: Electrical Site Manager
Construction of an office and warehouse building for a company in the medical industry. Supervision of ongoing works, organisation in accordance with the schedule and the investor’s requirements. Preparation of documentation and coordination of inspections by relevant authorities. The project scope included internal and external electrical installations as well as telecommunications and low-voltage systems (CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control).

Design and construction, comprehensive execution, and final system start-up of a 300 kW photovoltaic installation for the in-house needs of a production plant.

About
I graduated from the Poznań University of Technology in 2010 with an MSc in Electrical Engineering. Since the beginning of my career, I have been involved in the electrical and photovoltaic sectors – among the first engineers in Poland to enter this field.
I am licensed to manage building works without restrictions in the electrical installation specialization issued by the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers and I am certified in PV installations by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
I am the co-founder of Dolata Electric, an electrical contracting company. On a daily basis, I work as an Electrical Site Manager and Electrical Inspector.
I have extensive experience in delivering electrical projects across industrial, development, and photovoltaic sectors – from large-scale solar farms and industrial systems to residential installations.
Since 2013, I have been running a blog dedicated to practical electrical engineering topics, which has grown to become one of the most recognisable sources of technical knowledge on the Polish internet.
